Neslihan grew up in Hatay, in the south of Turkey — no maritime family, no contacts in the industry. She found dynamic positioning through an internet search on a Turkish PSV company; it was the first time the word 'offshore' meant something real.

She travelled to Ukraine for the basic DP course, earned her first seat on a platform supply vessel, and spent the next twelve years working up through the drilling sector — drillships, commissioning projects, newbuild deliveries.

This is not a theoretical industry. It's operational — and experience defines everything.
